What is Move Assist?
Move Assist is the official assisted move scheme by Morrish Homes. Created with the goal to help you quickly sell your existing home, we aim to help all of our customers buy their dream Morrish Home without the stress of selling their existing property.

With Move Assist, speed is of the essence - we have designed this scheme with one purpose in mind; to get you into your new Morrish Home as quickly as possible. We know all too well the anticipation, pressures and stress that can come when you have found your dream home, but are unable to make the reservation or move until you have sold off your existing property.
If you reserve one of our new properties we will take the hassle of selling off your hands by arranging everything from getting your current home valued to arranging viewings at times convenient to you. We will even pay your estate agents fee and work with them to iron out any issues in your chain and use our marketing and industry knowledge to value and help sell your property quickly.
You can move in with the Morrish Homes Move Assist scheme in 6 simple steps - here's how it works:
Step 1 - Choose a completed Morrish home and fill out a Move Assist application
Step 2 – An assessment of the suitability of your existing home will take place (carried out by our experts)
Step 3 – If your home qualifies for the scheme you can pay a reservation fee* to take your chosen Morrish Homes property off the market for a given period
Step 4 – Our agents will work with you to sell your home within the timeframe at our cost
Step 5 – When an acceptable offer is made, the legal process can begin
Step 6 – You move into your beautiful new home in a shorter time frame
