What does my warranty cover?
Your two-year warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials identified within two years of your legal completion date. It ensures your home continues to meet Morrish Homes’ quality standards.
What about manufacturer warranties?
Any appliances supplied with your home come with their own manufacturer's warranties. These should be registered by you when you move in. Any issues or faults should be reported directly to the manufacturer.
Who should I contact for repairs during the warranty period?
Please contact our Customer Care Team using the details above. They will review your request and arrange a visit or liaise with the relevant contractor as required.
What is considered an emergency?
An emergency is any issue that poses an immediate risk to safety or could cause significant damage to your property, for example, a major water leak, a complete loss of heating during winter, or an electrical failure.
