Established in 1954, Morrish Homes has become one of the South’s most progressive regional property developers with residential & commercial interests located in Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Somerset.

From its humble beginnings in the early fifties Morrish homes has evolved into an award winning regional property developer, with significant Commercial property interests and a reputation for fine craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Dave Morrish, one of the founding brothers from the Morrish family, attributes the success of Morrish Homes to long-term business collaborations and the application of traditional family values throughout the business.

Our Partnerships
The company’s passion for creating special places that respect the character of the local area has resulted in a number of partnerships with The Duchy of Cornwall, notably Poundbury, Dorset and Nansleden, Cornwall. Most recently we have partnered with The Ashfield Partnership on Luzborough Green, Romsey and Mountbatten Park, North Baddesley. These schemes provide Morrish Homes and local communities with a healthy forward pipeline of more than a thousand new homes over the next forty years.
