The Morrish Homes Management Team continue to implement an energetic land acquisition policy in pursuit of building more of their heritage homes across the South.
Morrish Homes' aim of creating special places that combine traditional thinking with modern day living, led to the Company being invited to work with pioneering “place making” legacy landowners with shared visions.
Since 1997, the Company has proudly partnered with the Duchy of Cornwall to create the now internationally renowned Poundbury development, an innovative concept in legacy and sustainable housebuilding. Similarly, Morrish Homes has helped craft the Duchy’s award-winning Tregunnel Hill and Nansledan developments in Cornwall.
Morrish Homes also now work with the Ashfield Estate to bring forward their vision to “build integrated communities and create a legacy“, including 1,600 new homes in Romsey, Hampshire. Luzborough Green is the first development in Romsey to be born out of this combined approach.
