Since 1997, the Company has proudly partnered with the Duchy of Cornwall to create the now internationally renowned Poundbury development, an innovative concept in legacy and sustainable housebuilding. Similarly, Morrish Homes has helped craft the Duchy’s award-winning Tregunnel Hill and Nansledan developments in Cornwall.
Creating a legacy
Morrish Homes also now works with the Ashfield Estate to bring forward their vision to “build integrated communities and create a legacy“, including circa1,450 new homes in Romsey, Hampshire. Luzborough Green is the first development in Romsey to be born out of this combined approach.
