What is Move Assist?

If you have found your perfect Morrish home, but are yet to sell your existing property our Move Assist scheme can help. This one stop shop solution makes the buying and selling process much easier. Plus, we will pay your Estate Agent fees! 

How does the scheme work?

Find out how moving to your new home could be much easier than you think!

• Visit one of our developments and choose a Morrish home
• Our friendly advisors will assess the suitability of your existing home for the scheme
• If your home qualifies for the scheme you can pay a reservation fee of £500 to take your chosen Morrish Homes property off the market for an initial period of 4 weeks
• Our agents will work with you to sell your home within the agreed timeframe at our cost
• Once you have a buyer, the legal process can begin
