Our friendly advisors will assess the suitability of your existing home.

If you qualify for the scheme you can pay a reservation fee of £500 to take your chosen Morrish property off the market for an initial period of 4 weeks

Our agents will work with you to sell within the agreed timeframe at our cost

Once you have a buyer, the legal process can begin
