Welcome Wayne Tipton – Senior Site Manager at Rialton

We’re delighted to officially welcome Wayne Tipton to the Morrish Homes team, who joins us as Senior Site Manager at our Rialton site.

Wayne brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked across both large and small construction companies - including many years with Midas Construction, time at Kier, and more recently, managing high-end, one-off residential builds. His background in groundworks will be a particular asset as we transition to Phase 10a and prepare to get buckets in the ground.

Outside of work, Wayne keeps things full throttle - quite literally - with a passion for off-road enduro motorcycle racing, regularly competing around the country. He’s also a keen sea fisherman, so we’re told that with the right persuasion, he could catch your dinner and race it to the site!

Wayne is also a proud father and grandfather, with three children and several grandchildren to keep him on his toes. With that, racing and fishing in the mix, we’re impressed he found time to join us… but we’re very glad he did.

We’re excited to have Wayne on board and look forward to the impact he will make at Rialton as part of the Morrish team.
