We are celebrating a standout industry accolade after being named winner of ‘Construction Project of the Year’ at the Central South Business Awards 2025!
The win recognises the exceptional delivery of our Crown & Market Hall development in Poundbury, Dorset.
Announced at the awards ceremony earlier in July at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour, the event celebrated the best of the region’s business community. The Crown & Market Hall stood out for its architectural character, community focus, and seamless project delivery, led from inception to completion by our Site Manager, Jamie Harris, and his dedicated team.
Situated in the north east quadrant of Poundbury, the Crown & Market Hall development boasts 31 apartments, a variety of independent shops, a cafe and a small central green.
