Morrish Team Conquers Jurassic Coast Challenge for Charity

We’re incredibly proud to share that some of the Morrish Homes construction team have completed the gruelling Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge, stretching 100km across the World Heritage coastline in just 48 hours, all to raise vital funds for two charities.

The team members included Jamie Harris, Tyron Ebdon and his wife Verity, Carl Davis, Iain Batten, Phil Campbell and Bill Morrish. Inspired by Jamie’s son George, who was diagnosed last year with Spastic Diplegia (a form of Cerebral Palsy) and epilepsy. The team started at Corfe Castle and made their way past Swanage, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Portland Bill, Chesil Beach, and on to West Bay, before finishing in Bridport.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of friends, family, colleagues, and the wider Morrish Homes community, the team have so far raised an amazing £6,880 in support of Designability (who provided George with a Whizzybug mobility chair) and Young Epilepsy, who continue to provide vital support for children like George and their families.

A huge well done to Jamie, Tyron, Verity, Carl, Iain, Phil and Bill for completing this epic feat – your determination and dedication are truly inspiring.
