Hoe Lane, Romsey

Morrish Homes are delighted to be involved in the second significant consortium phase of The Ashfield Partnership development agreement covering Romsey and North Baddesley. This follows the success of the Luzborough Green phase, which completed in 2020. Here, Morrish Homes will be constructing 100 new homes in the semi-rural environment that borders parkland and woodland. Easy access will be gained from Hoe Lane back towards Romsey town centre and the M27.

Morrish Homes is delighted to confirm that we have gained a detailed planning consent, during February 2022, for 40 new homes near Blandford. This scheme will present a variety of private houses from two bedroom mews houses to larger four bedroom family homes. We anticipate that work will commence on site during Summer 2022.
