All of our new build homes include a ten-year National House Building Council (NHBC) warranty - the most comprehensive warranty that sets the standard for UK house building. Our own two-year warranty also runs from completion to provide peace of mind and cover any general “snagging” issues. Any appliances installed within the house will be covered by their own individual warranties (please consult the individual manuals for terms).
We stay up to date with the latest building regulations and evolving technology, meaning our homes offer increased insulation levels with double glazing and advanced heating technology as standard. This combined with the brand new fixtures and fittings will help reduce running costs.
Some of our homes are included in our Early Bird Scheme and are available for you to reserve “off-plan”. This means you will be able to personalise the interior and choose your perfect home, from flooring and tiles to kitchen and bathroom fittings, your new build will already start to feel like home!
Re-sale values tend to be greater on new build homes than second hand homes, so may be a better investment.
