How does the scheme work?

- You visit one of our developments and choose a Morrish home
- Our friendly advisors will assess the suitability of your existing home for the scheme
- If your home qualifies for the scheme you can pay a reservation fee of £500 to take your chosen Morrish property off the market for an initial period of 4 weeks
- Our agents will work with you to sell your home within the agreed timeframe at our cost
- Once you have a buyer, the legal process can begin
