Morrish are delighted to be recruiting for the new post of 'Sales Negotiator' within our in-house team of professionals.
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
- Liaising with appointed agents and consultants
- Working closely with the Marketing Department to co-ordinate new home launches
- Show Home delivery
- Sales research, analysis and reporting
Key skills and experience for the role includes:
- Negotiation skills
- Communications skills
- Organisational skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience in property sales is essential
