Morrish Homes has submitted a site known as Land to the north of Oak Road in West Hill to East Devon District Council's Call for Sites process, which is an early step in the development of the new Local Plan.
Local Plan
The Local Plan is an important policy document which sets out where in the district new housing and employment space should be developed. The site is situated to the south west of the village and measures just under 5 acres. It is well screened by existing hedges and trees. The project team believes that this site has the potential to host a sensitive housing development which would be in keeping with the village character and would make an important contribution to much-needed housing.
Feedback & consultation
