If you have chosen your perfect Morrish home and are yet to sell your existing property, our Move Assist Scheme can help. This one stop shop solution makes the buying and selling process easier and allows you to move into your new home in a much shorter timeframe.

How does the scheme work?

Find out how moving to your new home could be much easier than you think!

• Visit one of our developments and choose a completed Morrish home
• Our friendly experts will assess the suitability of your existing home for the scheme
• If your home qualifies for the scheme you can pay a reservation fee* to take your chosen Morrish Homes property off the market for a given period
• Our agents will work with you to sell your home within the timeframe at our cost
• Once you have a buyer, the legal process can begin
• You move into your home in a shorter timeframe
