Help to Buy scheme – The government’s Help to Buy scheme lends you up to 20% of the cost of buying your new home so only have to pay a 5% deposit and arrange a mortgage of up to 75% to make up the rest. You won’t have to pay interest on the Help To Buy loan for the first five years, making it a very affordable way to buy your new build home.
Move Assist – With our Move Assist scheme, you can move into your dream home much quicker than you may think. That’s because, once you have found your perfect Morrish Homes property, we can help you to sell your existing one within the set timeframe and at our expense.

Once you have found the perfect new build property, it’s time to agree a price with the developer and make your reservation. At Morrish Homes, we will ask you to complete a reservation form and pay a deposit so the property can be taken off the market and reserved for 28 days. It is within this time that the exchange of contracts should take place.* Once we have exchanged, we will agree on a completion date, which is the day you pay the remaining price of the property and get the keys ready to move in. We will meet with you to show you around your new home and answer any questions you may have.
When you buy a new build, especially if you’re buying off-plan, check with the developer about what is included in the price so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Ask to see a detailed specifications list which should include information about the materials and fixtures and fittings used throughout the property. This will help you visualise the space and make planning how you’ll make the property your own much easier. All the Morrish Homes new build properties include the highest specification fixtures and fittings and many include fully integrated modern kitchens, garages, beautiful outside space and fully fitted bathrooms.
